Aurban Design collects information from our clients primarily to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and to deliver personalized experience.

The information collected from any of our clients is shared with their approval to individuals and organizations. Aurban Design does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information at the individual level regarding its customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security and revealed unless you want it to. We are also bound to cooperate fully, when a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.

1. All bookings made after 1-August 2020 will come under the following payment pattern.
Payment part 1 - 10% at the time of booking.
Payment part 2 - 40% after finalizing the design, before production.
Payment part 3 - 50% at the time of delivery of materials to site.
Any delay in payments may indirectly affect the schedule of the project and the delivery shedule will be linked to unhindered payments. In case of any delay in payments, this 'Handover Guarantee' will become null & void. And a new delivery date will be provided after receiving the part payment, based on the Manpower availability, materials and production Queue.
2. Also subject to any disfavourable conditions of work aspects like natural disaster, labour disturbance, shortage of raw materials in the market, delay in transportation, accidental factors, etc.,

Also subject to customer support as desired at all stage of executions with making available sufficient fronts like power/electricity, work permit, timely clarifiction at site, prompt payments, avoiding direct labour communication, indication of stoppage of work for carrying out clients other work, no alterations to be made on the complete structures, good level of response etc., - which may lead to stoppage of work temporarily/permanantely according to the prevailing conditions and happenings, on case by case basis.
4. The Terms and conditions set forth herein shall be deemed to have been accepted by the client, based on which the work shall commence and any debate of ignorance, viewing, reading the terms and conditions of the contract shall not be considered and the client shall be treated to have accepted the terms and conditions in toto. And there shall be no debate of any nature whatsoever.
